We have on site laundry, recreation room, a small garden for each apartment and a large vegetable garden out back. Lots of get-togethers for birthdays, brunches, lunches, and pot lucks.
We pay for your water, sewer and garbage services. Stove and refrigerator supplied.
On site locking mailboxes. Some covered parking available.
Pets are allowed with a few requirements.
Lots of cupboards in the kitchen, a pantry, linen closet, coat closet and storage room. One bedroom is 625 sq ft, two bedroom 725 sq ft.
