Non profit, 48 unit, 1 and 2 bedroom ground level apartments run by the Senior Citizens of Chewelah Valley.
Water , sewer, and garbage are paid by the owners. Laundry services on site. Covered parking available. Some units are handicapped accessible. There is extra storage available.
Common recreation room with kitchen for tenants and family gatherings. Weekly events held by the Tenants Association including bingo, cribbage, lunches, and brunches .
Tenants should be 62 years old or disabled and have low income.
Establishment is funded by the USDA Rural Development. Rent is based on income levels. Manager and maintenance person are available 8-4 Monday through Friday.
