We are a non profit, Low Income subsidized Senior Apartment complex.  Tenants must be over 62 and/or disabled.  Rent is based on income minus out-of-pocket medical expenses.

48 units, one and two bedrooms all on the ground floor. Some units are handicapped accessible.  

Established in 1980 by the USDA Rural Development.  We are an Equal Housing establishment.

What We Do

We have clean, safe apartments for our senior citizens with close access to the center of Chewelah, close to Colville.  Spokane is only 50 miles away.  All four seasons and close to snow skiing, water sports, fishing and hunting.

We have a large garden site if you like to grow vegetables.  And each apartment has its own small garden out each front door.
